Our 4 Villas of 80 m2. each are distributed on two floors where you can accommodate up to 6 people with Wifi throughout the complex, which has a shared outdoor pool area for the 4 villas and a parking space for each of them. Two bedrooms, one double with a 1.50 m bed and a private bathroom, a 32 "TV, a safe box and a 4 m2 balcony. The second room also has a private bathroom and a nest bed for 2 people. The tenants undertake to behave appropriately to live in good relations with the neighbors, refrain from making noise inside or on the terrace of the apartment that could disturb the neighbors, and use the community areas with great care, especially regarding noise and care of the facilities. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that provokes the well-founded complaints of the neighbors, will be reason for the accommodation to be vacated immediately. QUIET HOURS are from 10: 00 p.m. to 10: 00 a.m. on weekdays and from 12: 00 a.m. to 10: 00 a.m. on holidays, and any type of activity that disturbs the rest in any way is strictly forbidden during those periods.
