We are offering a fully-private apartment located in the heart of Kuromon Market in Osaka. The apartment is furnished with three double beds, and four single futon floor mattress to sleep up to ten people. For our guests' comfort, basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and body soap are provided. We have also made available free Wi-Fi in the apartment. The building also has an elevator for ease of access. The space We offer one of a selection of clean and convenient apartments for up to ten guests in each. Please note that the actual room number and access to the room will be shared with our guests a few days prior to check-in and is based on availability. We regret that we are unable to accommodate room preferences based on the listing photos. We would like to kindly thank our guests for their understanding in this regard. We are located 3 minutes from Nippombashi station exit number 10 on the Subway Sakisuji Line or Subway Sennichimae Line. Our 70m2 non-smoking apartment has been furnished with three double beds at 140 cm x 195 cm, and four single futon floor mattresses at 100 cm x 210 cm to sleep up to ten guests in total. As a general rule, we will set up the double beds first, so there is a requirement to sleep separately or if there are any specific bedding arrangements, we ask guests to contact us in advance of their stay. We also only provide the beds and bedding already present in the room - unfortunately we are unable to add extra beds. For our guests' comfort, basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and body soap are provided. We have also made available free Wi-Fi in the apartment. In addition to the above amenities, our house also features wall-mounted air-conditioning units that can be used to heat or cool each room to our guests' preference. Our HD TV has a HDMI port in the rear so our guests are welcome to use their streaming devices. A induction heating electric stove, microwave oven, and kettle are provided along with a basic refrigerator, basic crockery and cutlery for cooking and dining at home. We also have a bathroom with a bath and shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided, along with one toothbrush, and one face towel and bath towel set per guest. We also have a separated western-style toilet that comes equipped with a washlet system We also provide a laundry machine, detergent and softener in the apartment, but please note that there is no tumble dryer feature. Please either hang laundry out to dry or please use a nearby coin laundry. Our building is equipped with an elevator to assist with heavy luggage of those with mobility requirements. A full, photo-guide and map to the building will be sent upon the completion of your reservation. The amenities not provided in this property are as follows: * Free on-site parking. We recommend guests use one of the nearby coin parking lots. * Portable pocket Wi-Fi. * Toaster oven. * Rice cooker. * Yakiniku plate / Takoyaki plate /O-nabe plate. * Salt, pepper, oil, or seasoning. * Clothes iron. * Bed sheet changes or extra blankets. * Extra beds, futons, or mattresses. * Changes to the layout of the room or relocation of the beds. * Daily room cleaning service. Trash collection can only be done for guests who stay for 7 days or more and is only at the guest's request. Collection is subject to staff availability. * Fresh towels. * Toothpaste. A small amount is provided upon check in, but extra will need to be purchased at the guests' discretion. * Heated flooring. * Baby beds or baby cars / push chairs. Other things to note Please note the following before making a reservation: --------- Japanese short-term rental law mandates that we collect accommodation tax from all our guests, both domestic and international, as per local government regulations. This separate fee, calculated per person per night based on the room rate, will be sent along with your reservation confirmation message. The hours will be from 8am to 5pm until 30 April. We appreciate for your understanding and cooperation. 1. Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons we no longer provide salt, pepper, oil or seasonings in the room. Please purchase these separately at a supermarket or convenience store. We appreciate your understanding. 2. Parties and loud gatherings are prohibited in our property as this is a residential area. We must respond seriously to any noise or disturbance complaints from neighbouring residents due to parties being held and penalties may be imposed upon guests found to be in violation. We kindly ask that guests agree to this and refrain from using the property as a party space and to respect the neighborhood before making the reservation. Thank you.
