It's an authentic farm house recently renewed, and a private courtyard with terrace, swimming pool & solarium. U can choose a warm & welcoming ambiance with the host, or enjoy my place in total privacy depending how long you'll stay. The space Upstairs > - Beautiful, romantic, comfortable, and cozy bedroom with a wardrobe, desk area, and high-end fan. - Second bedroom (for children or guests) with two single beds (or one double bed) and a crib (plus a travel cot and rocking chair if needed), a chest of drawers, and a high-end fan. Lovely view of the village and its fortress. - Bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. - Bright hallway with a large bookcase and reading nook. Ground Floor > - Large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Refrigerator, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, air fryer...) - Large open-plan living room with TV area (65" 4K Smart TV, soundbar) - Office area (high-speed internet, 24" monitor, bookshelves) - Dining area with a table (seats 6 or more) and comfortable chairs - Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower Outside > - Lovely dining area under a pergola with a grapevine Plancha grill and wood-fired barbecue available - Large enclosed, paved courtyard with parking for 2 cars (parking recommended at the end of the street to enjoy the view ;o) - Sun terrace on the lawn with parasol, chairs, and sun loungers for relaxation Olive tree, palm tree, banana tree, and large flowerbeds of roses and shrubs for the view, You will also be serenaded by birdsong. - Above-ground pool (2x4m) accessible only in summer. Guest access My residence is easily accessible: - Just a 1-minute walk from the free public parking lot. - If needed, parking is available in the private courtyard (2 spaces). - Close to the village center and the fortress (approx. 3-minute walk).
