Charming James Island cottage on quiet cul-de-sac street. This is our home that we love to offer up to guests for the weekends. We are only 7 mins to downtown Charleston and 7 mins to Folly Beach! Plenty of parking on site as well as a covered carport. We have a great outdoor back patio, gas fire-pit, and wood fire-pit, perfect for enjoying the evenings and grilling out. We also have a outdoor shower which is handy for coming home from the beach. We can't wait to host you! The space We have one bedroom with a queen bed and a playroom bedroom with a queen air mattress that we can provide in order to accommodate four adults. We also have a small kids room that has a toddler bed and crib making the house sleep 6 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need to cook. House is cleaned and sanitized before you arrive by a professional cleaner and meets all CDC guidelines. This is our primary residence and we have two friendly outdoor cats. These cats will be outside the whole time but you may occasionally see them during your stay. A neighbor will come over every other day to feed them food and water but will not disturb you or the house. Guest access A door code will be given to access the carport door along with your check in welcome packet. Other things to note You have access to a gas grill, gas firepit, outdoor playground for kids, outdoor shower, and covered carport for parking.
