Please note: Check in is at the reception at Sunshine Towers, just around the corner on Sixth Ave. Guest access Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable unless 28 days notice of your cancellation is given prior to your arrival date for High Season booking and 14 days notice given prior to your arrival date for all other seasons. A $50.00 cancellation fee will also apply. Deposits can be transferred to a future booking date without penalty. Other things to note Extra persons (over 2) are charged at $25.00 per person for the 1st night per (includes linen) & $10 per night there after. Rollaway Hire Beds are available @ $35.00 per stay.
