Each room are basic and confortable. And since each room can be closed with a key, it is safe in terms of privacy and safety. The space The room has 2 single beds and another bed supretoria. approx. 15m2 Therefore fit up to 3 people. An outdoor room with great luminosity. We have other 2 rooms in the same floor; one is twin room, y the other is family room ,up to 5 persons, so in the floor capacity is up to 10 persons. Other things to note Our apartment consists of 3 floors. There are 7 different types of rooms in all. One shower room and one small kitchen are on each floor. The number of people in each room is different, 1 to 5 people . If the room of your choice is already occupied, we will offer you another room. We will propose a room that suits your needs. -No visits by third parties who have not made previous contract allowed us. -Smoking is not allowed on all floor, except on the terrace and balcony. -Guests have to respect the rest of the neighbors especially from 22h to 8h.
