Perfect for a quiet holiday for families or groups of friends. 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast: the island of Bréhat, the Sentier des Douaniers, Plougrescant, the Sillon de Talbert, Trestel beach, Perroz-Guirec. House well located in the most beautiful of regions. The space A house that, according to the granite stone that sits above the door, dates from 1770, very close to Tréguier and its cathedral. Ideal for a peaceful vacation with its 2,500 m² of land, away from sight and noise pollution. In this authentic Breton house with character, all in granite stone, you will spend pleasant days and warm evenings! At your disposal, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. All the dishes you'll need are available for your use! And you will be able to cook or have a barbecue. In the garage, there is a washing machine and the necessary equipment to hang clothes. There is also a table and chairs for eating outside. A BBQ is also available. Pillows and blankets are available on-site. The double beds are 140x200. The single bed is 70 x 160 The bedding is excellent! Bed linens are not provided, so you will need to bring them with you. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. The house must be returned in perfect condition at check-out, just as it was left to you. Guest access The whole house is yours, as well as the 2500 m² of land. You can park your car on the side of the house. Other things to note Not provided: - Bath towels - Hand towels - Sheets and pillowcases - No WiFi because there is no internet box - The TV only offers a few DTT channels. Provided: - Tea towels - The necessary items for cleaning and mopping. Important: Under no circumstances can the house accommodate more visitors than those initially planned! This is for obvious reasons of sleeping arrangements and safety. I would be forced to have undeclared guests leave the premises. Children in the garden and those who enter the wooden Tree House remain under the responsibility of their parents. The cabin has suffered some bad weather and seen a few storms. It is forbidden to turn on the heating or make a fire in the fireplace during the summer. Check-in is at 4 pm. Please let us know if there's a delay.
