Welcome to VILLA ALOSA in Céret! Our renovated ground floor offers comfort and style. Completely renovated in 2017, with good beds, modern bathrooms, new floors and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a modern interior, spacious terrace, BBQ and renovated swimming pool (2021), shared with the upper floor. VILLA ALOSA is a green oasis, just 10 minutes' walk from the historic center of Céret. We look forward to hosting you for an unforgettable stay! The space Villa ALOSA was bought by our parents when they chose the Languedoc as the place in France for retirement. For more than 24 years we spent our holiday's on the 'rez de chaussée'of villa alosa. Since 2017 two of the children manage the property in co-ownership. Only the ground floor is for rent. The garden and pool are at your disposal to share with the family or holiday guests like you; occupying the first floor. Guest access There is a modern decor and new garden furniture. The large garden (3 hectares) has been lovingly worked on for years, and the dozens of olive trees, cypresses, oleanders and mimosas give a view of the Canigou. At the communal swimming pool halfway in the garden, it is wonderful to relax. Children can have a great time in the wild backyard where they can really run around. Less than 15 minutes' walk away, you will be in the center of Céret, and you can stroll through the typical streets or discover the renowned museum of modern art. Many come from afar for the friendly busy market on Saturday! French bread can be picked up on foot in the morning at the local shops, and department stores provide everything you need to match the culinary life of God in France. Perpignan with its old historic old town is half an hour's drive away, as is the Mediterranean Sea (Collioure, Argelès). The Spanish border is crossed in a jiffy, making Gerona, Figueira, Cadaquez and Rosa's day trips. In this Languedoc-Roussillon, which is the largest wine producer in the world, there is much to do. Other things to note For your safety, a hotel safe has been installed to store your valuables.
