Located in the North of Cher, 13 km from Bourges, our adjoining cottage accommodates 2 to 6 people, for short stays, or for a week. Our property is on a plot of 3 ha, without neighbors, calm assured! 2 nights minimum, decreasing rate per week or month. Having 2 large dogs, we do not accept pets. The space The gîte is part of a large house containing 2 adjoining gîtes. Each bedroom has its own shower room. The grounds are completely enclosed and therefore safe for children. It has a south-facing terrace, fully equipped with tables and chairs, parasol and barbecue. Inside a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room table, sitting area with TV, contemporary fireplace. There are books and board games, as well as wired internet access via RJ45 sockets and free Wi-Fi. Guest access Our property is on a 3 ha plot, with no neighbors, calm assured! It includes our house, the 2 adjoining cottages, the stables, the meadows for our horses, and our agricultural hangar.
