Marie-France and Philippe welcome you to their 1930s house, located 5 km from downtown Angoulême. We rent a 15 m2 room (south facing) upstairs in our house for two guests with an en-suite and private shower room. Guests will be able to enjoy the garden. Linens are provided as well as towels. The space Our house is facing south, southwest. You can rest in the garden. Guest access Access to the kitchen is possible to warm up your meal. We will be happy to provide you with plates and cutlery. During your stay We will be available during the day during our holidays only. Otherwise, we are there in the morning and evening, with our 15-year-old son. You can contact us at any time by email or text. Other things to note A pharmacy, doctor, post office, tobacco shop, bakery, small grocery store, and hairdresser are all within a 2-minute drive. A Super U with a gas station is a 6-minute drive away. Pizza Cozy, in St Cybard Rue de Sainte (on the road) makes very good pizzas to eat on site or to take away. Next door is a sushi restaurant.
