Longterm room in great location :-)

In one of the most buzzing, friendly streets of Copenhagen, close to almost everything, you find this old, unique and quite personal apartment build in 1850. I prioritize longterm stays starting as close to this first available date as possible. The space Your room is 12 m2, and contains a double bed (200x140 cm), a wardrobe in metal and nylon, a desk and a chair. It is located in the South Wing of the L-shaped apartment, on its own little level above the main gate. It has a view to the green yard. The room is quite private, with two doors and a small staircase down to the rest of the apartment. Kitchen, bath, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher is all located in the West Wing and shared by all of us. Bath and toilet are separate. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and misc. kitchen appliances (including a great slowjuicer). Included in the price are also: WiFi, washing machine, heat and electricity (all within reasonable use). Sheets, linens and towels are provided, but it is your own responsibility to wash and change. I live here with my two kids (Max Milo from 2011 and Amanda from 2008). The household also include our two cats, Lulu and Nuni, and another tenant, who occupies a room in the other end of the flat. During your stay I am on sickleave, and rent out two rooms. The other rooms of the household are occupied by me and my two kids. Max Milo is from 2011, Amanda from 2008. Amanda lives here full time, Max Milo is with their father every other week. Other things to note Please Note: I am not a very tidy person, and with two kids around you should either don’t care, or you can help to keep the household nice.
