It is a five-star flat which has a private room with its private bathroom. The very modern stylish kitchen and living room are open to each other ( European Style). The main building access door is manned with a security guard and the guest will be provided by an access card to enter the building, the common areas like the swimming pool, the gym, etc. is very quiet and clean where the guest can sleep comfortably. The deluxe flat has a king bed size and the mattress stuffed with a very comfy topper to make the guest sleep easily with no hassle. The quality of mattress, blanket and bed sheet have been truly considered when the decision was made. The dresser with mirror and hair dryer are also available. A wardrobe/closet is available inside the room. The private bathroom is very clean and all toiletries are provided including, bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, soap and towels. Bath and Swimming pool towels are both provided. In the living room, for relaxation and to relieve all stress and fatigue, a very comfy massage chair is available for the guest. It is a Japanese brand which has various positions for the full or partial body massage. The chair can be connected with your mobile phone/iPad/tablet via Bluetooth to run a music to make yourself feel more relax. You must experience it especially after a vey long day you spend outside the flat. A smart TV is only available in the living room and it has Netflix subscription where you can enjoy watching the movies and series at all time. A dining table is also there. You can cook your food in the kitchen and have it. Main utensils (pan, pot, plates, etc.) are provided. Super fast free Wi-Fi service is available too. A Common swimming pool with a gorgeous night light is available in the building (located in the floor no.1) and an access card will be provided to the guest. The maximum swimming pool depth is 1. 5 m, there is also a dedicated area for kids to paddle in the water. There is a room to change your clothes, toilet and a place for having a shower. Swimming pool towels are provided to the guest too. This common area is quiet most of the time particularly during the weekdays. There is a kids play area adjacent to the swimming pool where kids can have fun and enjoy playing. Also, guests can cook and make their dinner where stove for BBQ and grills is available. This common shared area (including swimming pool, kids play area and BBQ grills area) is accessible from 07:30 am - 09:00 pm. Do you want to do some workouts and keep yourself fit?! no worries! A shared gym in the building is available and located in the floor no.B3 I will be available most of the time as I stay around. I will be close to you whenever you need any help or have any enquiry. The flat is located in the heart of Muscat, 15 mins away from the airport by car. No traffic to get here by using the Muscat Express High way (no toll road is applied, free for all public users). Three malls are around the place and they are 5 mins away which are Muscat Grand Mall (MGM) and The Avenues Oman Mall which are considered as two of the biggest malls in Muscat. The last one is Panorama Mall and all of them are so close to the flat. There are some famous sightseeings are near to my place; Al Ameen Mosque is a walk-in distance (5 mins away) and it can be seen from the front of the building that I stay in. Also, Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is one of the most popular touristic attractions in Muscat which is just nearby!
