The space You will be greeted at "Douar Breiz", which means "Land of Brittany" in Breton, in a house with blue shutters composed of three apartments. The one you will occupy is at the front of the house. This is the "LOUISE" apartment. The 1950s/1960s style has been preserved there. Looking for a little “vintage” throwback? You will have a part of the garden with picnic table, sun loungers and barbecue. Part of the clothesline is reserved for you. Guests can park their vehicle in the enclosed garden, in front of the house. The apartment has just been renovated and offers comfort, space, and cleanliness. It is intended for a maximum of 2 people and one baby. It consists of a bedroom, with a double bed and a foldable baby bed. You can sleep there, under the covers or under the duvet (220 x 240). The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an electric range hood and oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee maker. You can have friends over for dinner without any problems: there are enough dishes and the table has extensions! The living room has two armchairs and a three-seater sofa, a stylish sideboard and an insert fireplace (not usable at the moment). You can comfortably watch TV or a movie. Toilet and bathroom are separate. In this last room you will find a shower over bathtub. The apartment is available in straw yellow and blue tones around two small corridors. These have shelves deep enough to store suitcases and travel bags. If you can't or don't want to clean when you leave, we can do it for you for 40 euros. If you don’t want to be burdened with bed linens and household linens to transport, we can rent you bed linens, bath towels, tablecloths, and tea towels for €15 for stays of one week or more. A set of bed linens, bath towels, and tea towels is included in the price for short stays of less than one week. The house is about 900 m from the beaches and the center. You can walk there. If you like walking, all of Trégastel and its coastal paths can be visited, starting from the apartment, without much fatigue. You will find a very well-stocked supermarket about 1 km away. The house is about 13 km from Lannion and is accessible by car, by train to Lannion SNCF station then by bus or taxi, by plane to Lannion airport then by taxi. Trégastel has many beaches where you can enjoy the joys of sunbathing or shore fishing. The heated seawater pool and aquarium offer an alternative if the weather is rainy. Golf de St. Samson is not too far by car. Sea trips are possible to visit the 7 islands where you can fish with local fishermen... you can also simply walk in the Traouïeros valley or on the customs officers' path and take the time to live while admiring the magnificent landscapes of the Pink Granite Coast, tasting fresh fish and seafood that you can buy, among other things, every Monday morning at the market, one of the most popular in the region in summer. In these difficult times, please be aware that your accommodation will be disinfected with bleach products, and that special attention will be paid to frequently touched items after each visit. Cleaning appliances such as vacuum cleaners, washing machines and dishwashers will also be disinfected. The accommodation will be ventilated in all rooms. Mattress covers, pillow protectors, sheets, dish towels, towels will be washed at 60° and changed after each stay. Two 50L single-use bags will be made available to the tenant so that they can deposit the linen used by them at the end of the stay. The laundry will dry outside, in the wind and in the Breton air. If the tenant wishes to use their own sheets, towels and bath towels, please inform the host in advance. Soap and disinfectant spray will be available in the accommodation. The tenant will enter and leave the premises independently using a key box, which is also disinfected. They will have a garden area and a dedicated parking space inside the property. They will be asked to use it as often as necessary, not to use the sidewalk to park, in order to spare the neighborhood during this unusual period. The gate handle will be disinfected regularly during the day. The tenant may, if they wish, also do so using the disinfectant spray available. Everything will be done so that you have a good stay, so that you can rest in compliance with the health rules. If necessary, the host will remain reachable without any problem, by sight or by phone.
