The heart of the villa is the private garden with trees, furnished with outdoor seating, a dining table for 6 people, and two sun loungers. A pleasant space to relax in the shade after a sunny day. The house is entirely on the ground floor and offers approximately 70 square meters of interior space, with two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an XL refrigerator and a microwave, while the private parking makes your stay even more convenient. Villa Talise sleeps up to 6 people: five beds in the bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room, available upon request at the time of booking. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire villa and its private outdoor spaces to yourselves, with no rooms shared with other guests. INDOOR SPACES Villa Talise has approximately 70 square meters of interior space, all on the ground floor, with no stairs between the rooms of the house. The sleeping area includes: - A double bedroom with a queen bed, sleeps 2. - A triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, for a total of 3 people. - A full bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a French door with direct access to a small back garden. The living area includes: - Living room with dining area and ceiling fan. - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, XL refrigerator, microwave, crockery, and cooking utensils. The house sleeps five in the two bedrooms. For the sixth guest, an extra bed is available to be set up in the living room. This must be requested at the time of booking. There is an air conditioner in the hallway, which helps cool the rooms in the house. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available for the exclusive use of guests. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY The villa is located on Via del Mare in Pantanagianni and can be accessed directly from the street. An uncovered private parking space is available to guests on the property. The sandy beach is just 20 meters from the villa: you can reach it in a few steps, without having to use a car. Next to Villa Talise is another holiday home with a separate entrance. The two properties can also be an appealing option for families or groups of friends who want to stay close to each other while having separate accommodations. Other things to note Air conditioning: The villa has only one air conditioner, located in the hallway. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. There are no individual air conditioners in the bedrooms. Sixth bed: The two bedrooms offer a total of five beds. For the sixth guest, an extra bed is available to be set up in the living room, which must be specifically requested at the time of booking. There is no sofa bed. Crib: Available on request for a fee of €50 for the entire stay. Parking: An uncovered private parking space is available on the property, in the garden. Check-in: Guests' arrival is arranged in advance with our team. For added flexibility, the keys can also be handed over via a lockbox, in compliance with the guest identification procedures required by Italian law. There are no surcharges for evening or Sunday arrivals. Linens: The initial supply of sheets and towels is included in the price of the stay.
