Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. This accommodation is self-contained with sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. There is shared garden space with table and chairs. The owner lives next door and is on hand for any enquiries. The space Quiet and pleasant location within the heart of the village - all amenities are within a five minute walk and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. The bedroom has a super kingsize bed, which converts to 2 singles if required (please give me 24 hours notice). The en-suite bathroom has underfloor heating, heated towel rail and a full sized bath with rain drencher and handheld shower. The kitchen has plenty of workspace and a central island as well as a dining table. There are two armchairs for reading or watching television. Guest access Garden area is shared with owner.
