With a washing machine available, it provides added comfort for guests during their stay. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas, leading to a sun-soaked north-facing deck, perfect for relaxation and soaking up the mountain views. Ideally located within easy walking distance to the Gunbarrel Chairlift, ski school and swimming pool, Mosswood 2 offers convenient access to key attractions and services, enhancing your overall holiday experience. Updated TVs and WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity. Additionally, the property offers convenient storage for skis and mountain bikes on the front porch, catering to outdoor enthusiasts. Layout Ground Floor: mudroom, laundry/drying cupboard, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom First Floor: bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, dining/living, and balcony Second Floor: loft style bedroom Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1, Ground Floor: 1 x King Bed or 2 x Single beds Loft, Second Floor: 2 x singles or 1 x King bed Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property. Please enter your preferred bedding configuration in the booking notes at the time of booking. If preferred bedding is not received 2 weeks before your arrival, then the default bedding will be made. All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied for your stay. Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months. Guest access Access to all of our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) The code will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban. The Kosciuszko National Park entry permit is not included or associated with your booking and is a separate requirement outside of your booking details. Registration details Exempt
