(recently renovated) is in a modern small family building. It is surrounded by two nice terraces full of plants (on both sides of the apartment) & ideal for a single/couple/family stay. It is quiet, safe & in a strategic location to explore Athens. There are many restaurants, bars, museums & shops within walking distance. It's quiet, safe, and strategically located for exploring Athens (Kolonaki commercial center, the most important museums, places of interest, the most elegant restaurants and cafes). Lycabettus Hill is 100 meters in front of my house. A great morning-evening walk is recommended. Next to Lycabettus area is Kolonaki & Exarhia. The total surface of the apartment is 60 square meters and it consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa and an armchair, plus a fireplace. A master bedroom with a bathroom and a set of cabinets, coming out to a second veranda overlooking a beautiful garden. Guest access The apartment offers parking space, for someone who wants to rent a car (you're welcome to park on the left side of the parking). The apartment is extremely cool in the hot summer months and very warm in winter (airy apartment) and offers independent gas heating, hot water, and air conditioning. More specifically: 1. Continuous hot water operated by gas. 2. The heating can be adjusted by the switch located in the living room, on the wall, close to the fireplace. Please remember to turn it off when you leave. 3. All rooms are individually air-conditioned and open or closed by a remote control. Underneath the sink inside the cabinet, there is a small dustbin for your garbage. Every day, place your garbage in the trash can close the house, on the right part of our street.
