Villa Valeria Eco hideaway w all luxury comforts

A hidden tropical oasis located a short drive from some of the best beaches on the island. Villa Valeria offers the best of both worlds: an eco home in a jungle atmosphere with all of the on-grid luxuries such as air conditioning, fast wifi, satellite television and a private heated pool. The perfect place to reconnect with nature and explore popular destinations like the world famous bioluminescent bay of La Parguera, the mangrove forests of Boquerón and the various nature reserves in the area. The space The house is located on a 2 acre lush organic tropical farm full of mango, avocado, coconut, guava, tamarind, jackfruit, plantain and banana trees (among many others). Sit and enjoy freshly picked fruit while listening to the symphony of birds and looking out to the Flamboyan trees with their beautiful red flowers. At night, share a glass of wine by the pool enjoying the song of the Coqui tree frogs. Villa Valeria offers a large poolside deck from which you can pick mangos right off the tree , it includes an outdoor dining area and a full bathroom . A smaller shaded deck has a gas BBQ and is perfect for practicing yoga/exercise. You can chose to relax in the large screened in porch with hammocks and rocking chairs. Weekly guests have access to energy efficient washer/dryer. Guest access The property is accessed via a remote control gate, there is ample parking with good lighting and is only 2 minutes from the main road leading to all the local beaches. Other things to note In case of power outage the house is equipped with solar power backup. Guests are free to explore the farm at their own risk and are encouraged to wear closed shoes when picking fruit or walking about as there is uneven terrain throughout the property. Please be advised that the government of Puerto Rico requires that ALL hospitality guests show proof of Covid vaccination or a negative Covid test (PCR or Antigen test) taken 3 days before checking in.
