Villa Makeli

Villa Makeli is a luxurious, self-contained guest house with a private pool of 10/5 meters with jacuzzi, a spacious, sunny terrace, a summer kitchen and 12 bedrooms, spread over 5 apartments on 3 floors. From all apartments as well as from the pool there is an impressive view of the sea and the resorts of Albena and Kranevo. The maximum capacity of the villa is up to 36 people. The space Villa Makeli has 12 bedrooms with the capacity of up to 38 people. The house includes 5 apartments, of which 4 apartments each with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with sea view. In addition, there is a large penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a very large dining room with kitchen, sitting area and TV, where more than 30 people can comfortably accommodate. Vila Makeli also offers a summer banquet room on the 1st floor, right in front of our large sunny pool. In summer, our guests can enjoy the evenings on the large terrace next to the pool, where there is plenty of space for the largest company. Our charcoal grill is available to guests. All the kitchens in the villa are equipped with anything you may need to prepare food. The dining areas by the pool and in the penthouse apartment are equipped with dishes for 30 people. The pool of the Vila Makeli is 5 x 10 meters and has a heated hot tub for 12 people at the top. Next to the pool is our sun terrace with sun loungers, a hammock swing and a sitting area with upholstered furniture. In the garden of the villa there is a children's playground with swings, sandbox and slide as well as a large lawn area suitable for various sports. In the garage of the villa, our guests can play table tennis. When renting the Vila Makeli you will receive the entire property exclusively for you and your company, including the garden and pool, without common areas. Guests will receive bedrooms according to the number of people. If the group is smaller than the maximum capacity of the villa, some of the bedrooms will remain closed and will not be used by anyone. Guest access At Villa Makeli we offer two types of accommodation. Variant 1: Guests can be personally welcomed by the villa's host (between 14:00 and 20:00). With this option, you can present your identity card on site and pay the deposit of 400 BGN (the deposit will be refunded on departure) in cash. Variant 2: You can also use our contactless check-in option. We will leave the keys in the key box next to the door, and we will provide the code for the box on the day of arrival. In order to use the self arrival, you must send us photos of the identity cards of all guests in advance and pay the deposit of 400 BGN in advance by revolut. Upon departure, the deposit will be refunded via Revolut. Other things to note Loud music in the courtyard of Villa Andrea is prohibited in the hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and after 22:00. During this time, the party inside, in the dining room or living room of the villa can be continued.
