Villa Makeli is a luxurious, independent guest house with a private pool of 10/5 meters with a jacuzzi, a spacious, sunny terrace, a summer kitchen and 12 bedrooms, spread over 5 apartments on 3 floors. From all apartments as well as from the pool there is an impressive view of the sea and the resorts of Albena and Kranevo. The maximum capacity of the villa is up to 36 people. The space Villa Makeli has 12 bedrooms with a capacity of up to 38 people. The house comprises 5 apartments, including 4 apartments each with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with sea view. There is also a large penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a very large dining room with kitchen, seating area and TV, where more than 30 people can be comfortably accommodated. Vila Makeli also offers a summer banquet hall on the 1st floor, right in front of our large sunny pool. In summer, our guests can enjoy the evenings on the large terrace next to the pool, where there is enough space even for the largest group. Our charcoal grill is available to guests. All kitchens in the villa are equipped with everything you need to prepare food. The poolside and penthouse dining areas are equipped with dishes for 30 people. The pool of Vila Makeli measures 5 x 10 meters and has a heated hot tub for 12 people at the top. Next to the pool is our sun terrace with sun loungers, a hammock swing and a seating area with upholstered furniture. In the garden of the villa there is a children's playground with swings, sandpit and slide as well as a large lawn suitable for various sports. In the garage of the villa, our guests can play table tennis. When renting Vila Makeli, you will receive the entire property exclusively for you and your company, including the garden and pool, without common areas. Guests will receive bedrooms according to the number of people. If the group is smaller than the maximum capacity of the villa, some of the bedrooms will remain closed and will not be used by anyone. Guest access In Villa Makeli we offer two types of accommodation. Option 1: Guests can be welcomed personally by the host of the villa (between 2 pm and 8 pm). With this option, you can present your ID card on site and pay the security deposit of BGN 400 (the security deposit will be refunded upon departure) in cash. Option 2: You can also use our contactless check-in option. We will leave the keys in the key box next to the door, and we will provide you with the code for the box on the day of arrival. To use the self check-in, you must send us photos of all guests' ID cards in advance and pay the BGN 400 deposit in advance via Revolut. Upon departure, the deposit will be refunded via Revolut. Other things to note The villa has 12 cozy bedrooms that can accommodate up to 30 people, making it perfect for large groups, family gatherings or corporate events. The price listed on Airbnb is for accommodation for up to 16 people. We look forward to welcoming larger groups as well. For each additional person from the 17th, an additional fee will be charged: 20 euros per night for adults, 15 euros per night for children from 2 to 12 years old, while children under 2 years old stay free of charge. This flexible approach makes it possible to adjust the prices to the number of guests, which also makes the villa accessible for smaller groups. One of the biggest advantages of the Makeli guest house is exclusivity: when renting the villa, regardless of the number of guests, it is exclusively available to your group. This also includes the courtyard and pool, which are fully at your disposal without being shared with other visitors. Loud music in the courtyard of Villa Makeli is prohibited from 2 pm to 4 pm and after 10 pm.
