Spacious Room w Ensuite

We have a spacious, private room in a family home with a comfortable queen bed, ensuite, dining table w 2 chairs, sml fridge, kettle & desk so it's quite self-contained - unless you want to cook or do your laundry. It's north-facing & overlooks our private garden. We have ducted heating & cooling. All linen is supplied. We don't have wifi, but I do have a pocket wifi available for your use. We are close to transport, restaurants, shops, universities, hospitals, parks & cycle paths. The space Our home is a 4 bedroom house for our family. The room being offered is situated away from the other bedrooms and has an ensuite (with toilet, shower & basin), a large built in wardrobe, a television, sml fridge, table & chairs and a desk. The room is north-facing, so light and airy, and overlooks our private garden. We have ducted heating and cooling, an electric blanket and a ceiling fan. All linen is supplied. Guest access As a guest in our home, you can have access to the living areas, kitchen and laundry. There is a bath in the main bathroom if you like. Tea and coffee is supplied and I have space available in the fridge and pantry if required for your stay. During your stay We are happy to engage how you prefer while also being respectful of your privacy. I am happy to help with any information and guidance you may need to make the most of your trip to Canberra. Other things to note - Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 2pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost. - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost. - We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started. - We are a family with Ashleigh (14) and Peter (13) and we hope our guests will understand and respect our family home, the joys and the challenges.  We wake most mornings around 7 and bed time is 8.30pm.  They are away for school, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 3.15pm and then there are after school activities many afternoons.  We are familiar with having guests and we will be respectful of your space. - Bella, our gorgeous dog, can get nervous around some men, and she may bark at you.  She has never bitten anyone, but she can be quite intimidating even though she's cute and fluffy. - If you need wifi access, I have a pocket wifi you can use.  Either BYO sim card or I can organise one to suit your needs at an additional cost.
