The house has no kitchen but has electric jug for heating water, electric stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher for quick meals . Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 10 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in. Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be requested (€2.40 / person / day in high season and €1.20 in low season). High season from 1st May to 31st October / low season from 1st November to 30th April. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
