My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, the city centre The Botanic Gardens is only two minutes walk and Ulster Museum, River lagan only 5 minutes walk. My place is close to theatres and cinemas and close to vibrant Botanic Avenue.. You’ll love because of it has high ceilings and spacious bedroom. The Kitchen is spacious and has all basic facilities. My place is good for solo adventurers, students, tourists and business travellers. The space The room is comfortable and has double bed with electric blanket. My house is close to university, city centre, theatres, cinemas, cafes, restaurants and parks which makes the location desirable and unique. Private parking has recently been implemented on my street. So guests are required to park in the side streets Monday to Friday in the side streets between 8 AM to 6 PM where parking is free or park in paid zones. Parking from 6pm to 8am in the mornings is free. Parking on weekends is free as well. Guest access The guests have access to kitchen and dining areas for short periods only as it is shared space. Dining area is only for having meals and not for leisure activities like reading, chatting or playing with computers. There are two bathrooms shared, the bathroom near this room has recently been refurbished. Private parking has recently been implemented on my street. So guests are required to park in the side streets Monday to Friday in the side streets between 8 AM to 6 PM where parking is free or park in paid zones. Parking from 6pm to 8am in the mornings is free. Parking on weekends is free as well. During your stay I am present most of the time.
