Available in winter months for reservation of 28 nights or more price of water, electricity, wifi are not included (need to be pay extra). Please use ashtray provided outside! 2. Parties, loud music, and events are not allowed! We kindly ask to respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors. 4. Please close the parasols and awnings when are not in use and during the night.sudden gust of wind can turn an open umbrella into a dangerous flying object, potentially injuring people or injuring property or itself. 5. Damages: We understand that accidents can happen. Please contact us immediately if anything is damaged so we can fix it as quickly as possible. 6. Safety: When you leave and during night, please make sure what villa is locked and all window and shutters are closed. This is for your own safety and in order to protect your personal belongings. 7. Please handle the furniture, equipment, and utensils with care. 8. We are environmentally conscious and kindly ask you to turn off lights and electronic devices, when are not in use and also when leaving the accommodation. 9. Additional guests, which are not included in the reservation should not stay at the accommodation. Short-term visitors are permitted after prior arrangement with us. 10. Avoid getting sunscreen on bed linen and bath towels, because it causes stubborn yellow stains that are difficult to remove and can permanently damage the fabric over time. In case it will be not possible to remove sunscreen stains we will have to replace the bedlinen and bath towels. 11. Only for reservations of 28 nights and over entre Outubro e Junho (low season special rate) !!!!! Utility bills are not included in the rental amount, it means you are responsible for paying additional for electricity, gas, internet and water!!! We will take pictures of water, gas, electricity meters on arrival and departure days and will calculate how much was consumed and respective price. 350€ utility bills deposit is required and must be paid on check-in in cash. We don´t know how much you will spend, but in case you will spend less, sure we will give you difference back. Please check your budget extra for these costs.
