Large home with pool, garden & sauna:TOP location!

Large cozy house with big, sunny garden and swimming pool at top location! We’re 5 mins walk from downtown Den Bosch with its charming center, 5 mins from nature, and 1hr from Amsterdam. Love hiking/biking? Many nature parks are nearby (<20 mins). Or visit the Efteling, historic Heusden, or nearby castles. Or just stay in: relax by the pool, enjoy the sauna — and meet our sweet kitten (if you’d like her around)! The space Very light house with many windows. Our green garden faces south and is nice and sunny! On colder days, chill in the cozy greenhouse. For kids, there’s a trampoline and gymnastics bar in the garden and a playground at the end of the street. We actually live in this house, so it has lots of personal touches. Three of the bedrooms have fully blinding electric shutters – ideal for light sleepers. Also great in autumn/ winter: infrared sauna, bathtub, relaxing fireplace. Perfect for families or couples who want to relax. Guest access Depending on the period, we can provide free parking at our garden for 1 car or arrange discounted parking tickets in front of the house. Public transport is closeby. The Central Station is a 5 to 10 mins drive from our home. Other things to note We’re happy to provide you with plenty of information and tips! The pool is not heated, so depending on the weather, it can be either chilly and refreshing or nice and comfortable:-). Once the temperature drops (usually by the end of September), the pool is no longer maintained until May. Please note that the tourist tax for the city of Den Bosch is €4.95 per person per night (excluding babies) and will be charged separately. We also have a sweet little kitten who’s very friendly! If you prefer not to have her around, please let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
