The space Welcome to your Sedona getaway. As you walk up to the front door, you’re greeted with unique Tuscan architecture, and a large iron door.. Take in the breathtaking views of Thunder Mountain the second you enter, with our grand wall to wall window. The scenery will captivate you. The front door opens to the family room with an open design leading to the kitchen. Travertine tile fills the floors throughout the family room, kitchen, and dining rooms. The kitchen features a cold-pressed and centrifugal juicer, stainless steel fridge, stove and oven, and granite countertops throughout. The dining room seats 8 people, and also boasts 3 large windows overlooking the beautiful landscape that surrounds Sedona, as well as Thunder Mountain. The house is a 3-bedroom with a large closet converted to a mini-bedroom. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, and a King-sized bed with high-thread count sheets making it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The headboard is solid wood, as well as the dressers and nightstands. The master bathroom is as luxurious as they come with a Jacuzzi bathtub, beautiful his/her sinks, and a shower with the same beautiful tile. It also comes with a massive walk-in closet large enough to store everything you bring along. The other bedroom features beautiful rounded tile views looking out to the front of the house, and another window featuring the same wondrous views. The home comes with 3 king-sized beds, and 1 queen allowing plenty of people to sleep comfortably. There’s also 3 full baths, and 1 half-bath featuring the same lovely fixtures as the master bathroom. The patio is the true beauty of this estate. You have the full view of Thunder Mountain, and an entire view of Sedona and its beautiful forestry. There’s an outside BBQ and multiple seating areas. The patio circles a portion of the exterior of the house allowing you to enjoy the view from any angle you desire. You have a private entrance and living quarters in the main villa. We also have caretakers on the one acre property with separate quarters that maintain the property and are available to help ensure your visit goes smoothly. We pride ourselves in responding quickly to any questions that you may have during your stay. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very secluded. You are tucked way and perfectly hidden about 3/4 of a mile away from the main road while maintaining walking distance of West Sedona and nearby hiking trails. There are always people walking in the community - so don't forget to take an evening stroll during those gorgeous sunsets and jaw dropping red rock views. Getting around the area is very easy due to everything's proximity. If your looking to be in West Sedona you can easily access on foot local eateries and activities. If you prefer to be in Uptown Sedona it is just a short 10 minute drive. There is on site parking for your vehicles and we will accommodate for electric charging. Should there be any other issues there is a property manager on site available all day and throughout the evening. Other things to note THIS PROPERTY HAS NO GARAGE ACCESS. Driveway parking available. Besides that the only important detail to note is that this is a 3 bedroom home with a converted bedroom that we counted as a 4th. The converted bedroom used to be a very large walk in closet. It has a door and characteristics of a mini bedroom. Please see in the photos for a visual representation :)
