Fantastic apartment! Swimmingpool on roof top!

New luxury apartment of 50 sqm. The apartment has a stunning view over Bangkok. City center and next to BTS train station. It has a nice combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a bed sofa (queen size). The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a good mattress. The apartment has 2 TVs, laundry machine, bathtub, shower, balcony, sheets and towels. The pool on the roof on the 40th floor is AMAZING, overlooking all Bangkok and the river!!! Welcome! The space The apartment is 50 sqm (most others in the same building are 43 sqm, if you compare) and has an open solution, with a nice functional kitchen, dining table for 4 people, a livingroom with a sofa (bed sofa 120 cm) and a coffe table and a big 55' smart TV. Separately is the bedroom with a queen size bed with a good mattress, 2 reading lamps, a make up table or work space and a TV. Through the bedroom you have the bathroom with a shower and also a separate bathtub. You also have a cabinet with a laundry/dryer machine and an iron. A small balcony over looking the city from the 19th floor. The facilities are amazing. The lobby is huge and have many seat for working or meeting. A garden area with many vending machines for different food, fruit, snacks and beverages. There is also a smoking area there. On the roof on 40th floor overlooking all Bangkok and the river, you have the swimmingpool, sun chairs, gym and sauna. The view is stunning! Here you also see the best fireworks in the world on New Year's Eve. The BTS train is just next to you at 5 min walk. A big shopping mall (Central Bangrak) is just my the BTS station and across the river is Icon Siam one of the best malls in all Thailand, with restaurants shopping and cinema. You are most welcome! Guest access All Other things to note Thai law (apply for all Airbnb livings in Thailand) : 1. Monthly rent is only allowed, according to Thai law. 2. All guest must have a valid visa for the whole stay. 3. A copy of guests passports and visa will be needed at checking in or sent in advance for administrations at the building and immigrations. Same as when checking in at a hotel. 4. Electricity bill added after check out if usage is more than normal. Meaning everything above 2000 baht/month. The electric bill depends completely on how you use the aircons. The reason for that is that a guest can be leaving the aircons on ice level for 24/7 with open balcony doors and that wont be discovered by us until after one month. Then the damage is already done. So use the aircons only when home and when in that specific room. Close doors. Close aircons in rooms that you are not in for the moment. We don’t make any money on electricity. We will just charge you the bill from electric company. So noone is happy if it’s high. 5. New shampoo and soap is only provided at checking in. No refills, since we wont get in or disturb you afterwards.
