Cosy cottage by the sea in West Cork

This semi-detached old farmhouse has an elevated position situated between the small village of Allihies and Ballydonegan beach which is 8 minute's walk away. It has lovely panoramic views of the hills and the sea. It has been beautifully renovated fairly recently and is warm, dry and very comfortable, with lots of light, and it has a very homely atmosphere. The space The house, which sleeps four (not suitable for kids under 12), is airy, light and spacious, and has an attractive cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove; a very well-equipped modern kitchen; and a stunning sun-room/dining room, with glorious views extending to the beach and the sea. Downstairs there is a twin-bedded room, a bath/shower room and a utility room. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and there is a toilet/shower room. Another small bedroom upstairs is kept locked for the owner’s private storage space.The house has a nice spacious garden with lawns, plenty of parking space, a couple of stone outbuildings, and a large field. Other things to note The house is not suitable for children under 12.
