We offer you a modern and luxurious apartment, located in the complex 'LOS FLAMENCOS', much loved for its unique location on the beautiful long beach, the 'PLAYA CRISTAL'. Completely renovated and equipped, modern, clean and cosy, with a beach style decoration that enhances the beach feeling. We have tried to think of every detail to make you feel comfortable and relaxed so you can spend some unforgettable days here. Welcome! The space KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for 5 people (and plastic tableware for children). All new appliances, fridge with large freezer, dishwasher, oven-microwave combi, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, grill .. towels and basic products are provided. LIVING ROOM The living room has a large table with 8 chairs and a lounge area that gives out on the terrace. Satellite TV with a whole range of international channels and also the Spanish TV via antenna. The lighting is original and adjustable which makes it cosy in the evening. BEDROOMS The master bedroom has access to the terrace and sea views. There are curtains and electric shutters throughout the apartment. The bed is 2m long x 1.60cm wide and the mattress is very comfortable, of high quality. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed (2m x 1.60m) at the bottom and a single bed at the top. Both also high-quality mattresses. The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with enough space to store your clothes and personal items. The beds will be made when you arrive and a spare set will be available in the wardrobe. A folding baby cot with sheets, a high chair and a changing mat can be obtained for free if required. BATHROOM In the bathroom you can find a shower cabin with the combination rain shower- and hand shower head and a thermostatic tap. Toilet, sink with cupboard for your personal items. There is a hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a cupboard with bath towels. Towel rack and stool for children. WASHING, STORAGE ROOM The apartment also has a room where you can find the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, drying rack, etc. Beach chairs, a parasol and beach toys for the children are also at your disposal. THE BUILDING 'Los Flamencos' is known for its beautiful communal garden with swimming pool and its exceptional location. The garden with its natural grass and beautiful palm trees and plants is beautifully maintained all year round. Just like the spacious swimming pool with shallow area for the little ones. There are showers, benches and beautiful lighting at night. Just in front of the building there is a large playground, next to the boulevard and then the beach. You also have a private covered parking space within the complex. This way you never have to worry about parking or the safety of your car. Guest access You have access to the communal garden, swimming pool, parking zone and the whole apartment is private for you. The building is wheelchair accessible, the entrance has a wheelchair ramp and afterwards you can use the elevator. No need to use the stairs. Other things to note * Please note that in July and August rentals are always from Saturday to Saturday. * The local tourist tax is not included in the price. It has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount is 1€ per person (over 17 years old) per night with a maximum of 7 nights or €7 per person.
