The apartment will be delivered to you cleaned, with fresh linen, towels and toiletries upon check-in. Please note that the linens and towels are cleaned but they are not ironed and may be slightly crumpled. Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged at a fee of RM100 per service based on request during your stay. Change of linens and towels are included in this cleaning service. No free parking provided. Paid parking is available at RM20 per night subject to availability. This apartment is situated on a busy district and there is potential for noise. If you are looking for quiet place, this apartment is not suitable for you. 1 set of access card and key will be provided. The fees for missing access card and key are RM200. Please switch off the aircon, Fan and lighting when not in use or going out to avoid excessive electricity usage. For long term stay (28 days and above), since there is a huge discount on the monthly room rate, the utilities (electricity, water and gas) bills are capped at maximum RM200 a month. The guest shall bear the extra charges above RM200(if any). Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. A penalty of RM500 will be imposed if found smoking.
