It is located on the third floor high noble (no elevator) where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the rooftops and steeples, including San Marco's church. It's comprised of entrance hall, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room with double sofà-bed, kitchen, master bathroom and loft. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with Venetian floors and design furnitures. The apartment is located in the district of Canareggio, very central zone and inhabited by Venetians; convenient to all the vaporetto's lines from Ca D'Oro, Rialto and Fondamete Nove's stops, including the Alilaguna (shuttle to and from Marco Polo airport). Nearby there are restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The famous Rialto market with fish, fresh fruit and vegetables it's only a 5 minute walk and less than 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Very nice and venetian area, full of shops, restaurants, arts, culture and supermarket and a close to Rialto market. It is closed to Rialto bridge and less then 15 minute walking to San Marco square. All my guests can use all the things and ammenities that they'll find on the flat. Tourist tax: 4,00€ per person/night up to a maximum of 5 nights (from the 6th night onwards you pay nothing). I explain to my guests how to reach me and the flat and then meet them at the nearest vaporetto stop or Campo (square).
