The space This is a one bed room with 40 square meter space. It is walking distance to the Ekamai BTS. (600 meter) At this condo you will find it very peaceful, no traffic inside the alley so you will get a deeper sleep. The room comes with strong wifi service service. (The speed is higher than usual accommodation because we register for company wifi not residential) There are two more spots you can access free wifi within the building. The first spot is the main lobby on ground floor, second spot is at pool and gym area on the third floor. I look forward to welcoming you. Guest access Condo key card Gym Pool Parking Other things to note Guests who stay for 30 days, you are not responsible to pay any extra charge unless you leave the a/c on after leaving the room. If the electricity bill is more than 1,600 Baht per month you will be charged as shown on the electric bill during your stay. (If you turn on a/c every night the bill will be about 900-1,600 Baht.) Long term guests are welcomed. However if you wish to rent my room for more than 3 months, you will be asked to sign a local standard rental contract before moving in. (those who are asked to sign contract, you will be responsible to pay electricity and water bills which would be around THB1,600 per month).
