You will enjoy a real haven of charm and refinement in this old-stone house and its 400m2 (out of 550) for rent. During your stay, the house and its features are fully privatized for you. From an inner courtyard, you will go through the pool, and its panoramic view and its sun loungers (pool towels), its pool house with bar and its fully-equipped summer kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher, barbecue, washing machine, dryer...) to reach the lounge and its cinema (wide screen, 1500 french and international movies available, Zapitti system, blue-ray player, DVD, CD, USB port, Netflix, laptop, wi-fi...), its linked game rooms (ping pong, children game room, flippers room, pool room, babyfoot room, cardio room, fitness room), petanque field with a dirt floor and its adjacent arched cave. Upstairs, 3 charming rooms (beams, wood, stone) and their bathrooms for 3 couples. In each room, luxury beds Queen size (160 x 200 cm), dressing, cable TV, Wi-fi, DVD, bathrobes and towels. Children, teenagers or adults (maximum 6) are staying in a large bedroom with six beds (90 x 190 cm) above the lounge. The house is ideal for nature lovers who wish to spend a quiet week with family or friends and visit the region and the wines of Beaujolais and its cultural wonders (Solutré, Cluny abbey, Salles cloister…). Sports persons won’t be left aside : cyclotourism, trails, green set tennis within 10 mn, 3 riding halls within 15 mn, 6 golf courses within 45 mn (see full list below). Situated at the heart of the Beaujolais, the estate is just 10 mn from Beaujeu, 15 mn from Belleville and its A6 highway exit, 50 mn from Lyon, 2h from Geneve and from Paris (Macon TGV). Lots of shops nearby (butchers shops, supermarket within 10 min) and various restaurants. Guest access Travellers will park in the house’s wide inner courtyard, which is fully closed and secure with a remote control gate and circled by walls. Other things to note The estate is for rent may to september for 2 nights minimum except Pentecôte and Ascension : 3 nights minimum and for July and August : 3 nights minimum. Time arrivals : 14 pm to 17pm and departures at 12am (Late departures possible according to availability). Hiring costs a lease fee of 900 € per night, no matter the number of guests (one to twelve people: 3 couples or 6 adults with 6 children or teenagers). Cleaning and laundry fees and for the stay are charged € 250.
