The space We live in a large tastefully modernized villa from 1930 located in Hellerup only 10 min. north of Copenhagen city center, close to the sea and in the middle of beautiful North Zealand. Our house is particularly suitable for a family with children or just people who enjoy their space for lots of activities. The location provides easy access to a wealth of experiences in Copenhagen, all of Zealand and Scania (Southern Sweden). The lower floor of the house (ground floor) consists of a nice kitchen with open access to the sun terrace and garden. The kitchen is also in direct and open connection to the dining room with space for the whole family to eat and enjoy. From the dining room there is access to the living room which has a large sofa group with TV where everyone can relax. On the 1st floor of the house you will find 3 bedrooms; A masterbedroom with a double bed 200x180 cm, a bedroom with bed of 120x200 cm. and a third bedroom with a single bed of 120cm. On the 1st floor you will also find a walk-in closet where we have made room for your clothes. The first floor also has a nice large bathroom with shower and a large bath. The basement has a nice bedroom with a double bed of 200x180 cm. In the basement you will also find a washer and dryer. The house has gigabit internet connection, and WiFi throughout the house. We spend much of our free time in our garden, which has fruit trees, a large lawn for play, garden furniture and play facilities that surround the house and enough space to do what one wants without disturbing each other. On the terrace there is space to eat out and relax in the lounge furniture or just throw yourself on the terrace. In the Garage you will find bicycles for a nice ride in the local area, e.g. drive up the beautiful Hellerup / Charlottenlund coastline and stop for coffee Cafe Jorden Rundt or the Restaurant at Charlottenlund Fort, both with beautiful views of the Øresund Guest access Our guests have access to all of the house except, the rooms to the left in the basement which currently is rented by Marie, a young student who also have her own entrance i the basement. The bathroom in the basement is also shared with the tennant of the basement room. Washer and dryer in the basement is free at your disposal too.
