Luxury Cottage in West Ashling near Goodwood

Our light, modern, self contained 100 year old farm cottage is located in the rear garden of our family home with spectacular views of the South Downs. We have recently refurbished the Cottage’s two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom offering 2-4 people or a family a relaxing and comfortable break. Ideally located in the Downland village of West Ashling with a fabulous pub and for all the Goodwood events, Chichester plus a short drive from Bosham. We look forward to welcoming you. The space The Cottage is not overlooked by the main house so you can enjoy a relaxing private stay. We can accommodate 4 guests in two tastefully refurbished bedrooms. The main room has a king bed and second room a double bed where you can lie and look at the stunning Downs. Each room has lovely fresh white linen, comfortable beds, wardrobe, and waffle robes and slippers. The bathroom is downstairs with a shower. The living room is light and modern with a sofa, dinning table and chairs plus TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A welcome hamper of breakfast provisions awaits you. We do not offer accommodation for children under the age of 5years old as the stairs in the cottage are steep and we have no bath. The access is via the side of the main house and there are electric security gates into the property with ample parking. We are situated close to some amazing walks on the South Downs or by the water in Bosham or beaches at West Wittering. Just outside the Cottage is a bench for you to enjoy a coffee in the sun! Guest access We kindly ask as you are staying at our family home that you do not use the whole garden just the designated area.
