Small bungalow in a serene location next to the Hikkaduwa lagoon. Property includes 1/2 acre of landscaped garden, 10m x 3m private swimming pool and jetty on the lagoon. Separate kitchen and caretaker's room. 5 min tuk tuk ride from Hikkaduwa town. The space Quiet and unspoiled natural location. The lagoon banks are lined with mangroves, and the jetty provides a great view of the water. We have many visiting birds including kingfishers, parakeets, orioles, woodpeckers and waders. Also a couple of water monitors. Canoe available for exploring the lagoon. Fishing rods and basic tackle box. Crate full of board games. Small bookshelf with selection of titles.
