Our condo location is very convenient. It is a 10 to 12 minute walk to the Ayala Mall and walking distance to other establishments. The view from one side is Cebu's mountains and the bedroom view is the city and the sea. The condo has a swimming pool, a gym, and parking space (parking fee applies). The condo unit has bathroom amenities, kitchen with induction stove and oven. At the basement is a laundry shop. If you are lucky, you can see a stunning sunrise view from the bedroom. The space There are 2 living room spaces for chilling out. You can cook in the kitchen and eat at the dining table. Guest access From the lobby use the elevator to reach the condo and each guest will be provided with the keys to the door.
