At Little bit’s place

The space This is a safe and lovely place. Just a block away from the best of Brighton le sands; Chemist, post office, Coles, and a plentiful amount of cafes and ethnic foods, including Thai, sushi, Italian, Greek, Chinese, Mediterranean, Arabic, deserts restaurants, a few fast foods like Oporto, a few chicken shops, burger places, and even health shops and juice bars, and gelato shops like the delicious Messina. Brighton also has an RSL with Mike’s grill, bar and pokeys. Even if you are out everyday you wouldn’t repeat the menu very soon. Food prices are all varied but adjust to any budget constraints. There’s really no need to cook. The beach is so close, just a block away. Lady Robinson beach is pleasant and calm, and one of the longest beach walks. There are several work out stations and a Poot path along the shoreline if you wanted to go for relaxing walk strolls. Brighton beach is famous for windsurfing. And you’ll find many people doing exercise at times of the day. There are hair, nail salons and massage places to pamper yourselves. Some of these open till late. Rockdale plaza with Big W and many other stores inclusive of Service NsW is also nearby. Transport: half a block away from the bus stop, which a very short 3-5 min ride to the train station, T4 train line. Which takes you to City, in under 20 mins, this train line also goes to Bondi, or shire in the opposite direction. Public transport everyday until 23:00 and night rider buses all night. The unit is pretty and cozy, with comfy furniture. The unit has a pretty balcony with beautiful plants and comfortable chair to enjoy the fresh air and garden view. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table, a leather lounge, a desk, the bed and a TV. You can bring your chrome cast. I live here with my baby boy and toddler daughter. They are both delightful, very happy kids and well behaved. Bathroom is biggish and shared as that’s where the kids have baths. Kitchen usage is limited, is available for tea, coffee, cold serves, microwave and to wash dishes. Guest access Access to most areas. Kitchen has limited access as cooking is limited and food storage in the fridge is also very limited in space. Access to tea/coffee, cold water and microwave unlimited.
