New, modern and cosy, fully equipped small apartment in the lovely, green neighbourhood of Muhlenbach. Small and elegant apartment with a modern bathroom, small separate bedroom and a bright living room with fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on two levels and has access to a large garden. The garden and washing machine/ironing amenities are shared with the owners of the house. Paid street parking on weekdays. Public transportation to the centre is within walking distance. The space The apartment is part of our family house and we share the same front door and laundry area - the rest are private spaces for us and you respectively. The appartement is suitable for one person. Registration for short term stays is not allowed. There is no assigned parking spot. Parking on the streets around js paid on weekdays from 8-18h. The area is well connected with public transportation, near the forest in a very nice and friendly neighbourhood. We are a family of four with two kids so you might hear a bit of noise in the morning and in the evening.
