Fantastic property. On water- sit on the veranda and watch the gently flowing water, the water birds, the Swans and add to it the city views of Surfers Paradise or maybe do a bit of fishing if you're up for it! 4.9 km from Surfers Paradise. Walking distance (5 to 7 minutes) to shops, Medical Centre, hospital, Aussie Rules club, bowls club, the pub, transport. Quiet street, Parklands directly in front of house. Water at back. Internet included. (NB: Swimming not allowed.) The space You will love the view of the bay and its beautiful wildlife with no doubt. Please note, however, that there is no barrier at the water bank, hence no children accepted. Also by staying at my residence, guests agree to NOT swim in the water as it is illegal to do so. You can fish or canoe, or kayak at your own risk. Guest access Guests are free to access the laundry, the living area and best of all... the backyard at the water front. You can enjoy the views or even do fishing if you're up for it! Please note that the water is not suitable for swimming and it is not allowed. Thanks.
