"The guest room" studio, bathroom, wifi & parking

We have for all our guests - a free map of Amsterdam and - discount tickets for a number of activities in Amsterdam. Our "Guest Room" is nearby a bus stop railway station convenience store the Kotterbos the Oostvaardersplassen fish water sailboat rental mall fitness center yoga center pagoda / mosque / chr. church tennis courts / soccer field (free) restaurants Outings: Amsterdam Lelystad with: Bataviastad Outlet Zuiderzee Museum Harderwijk Naarden Huizen The space Our "Guest Room" has recently been renovated. We now have a small bathroom in the back with its own toilet, sink and massage shower. This space is closed off from the studio with a door. In the studio you will find a full kitchen with combi microwave, an oven with stove with extractor hood and a dishwasher. On the other side of the studio you will find a fridge, a cupboard, a table with chairs, a sofa bed and an HD TV. A car can be parked in front of the room on site. Guest access You have your own access door to the room. This is located on the left next to the white container, in which our waste containers are located. There is also a folding table and camping chairs for warm summer evenings to sit outside in front of the "Guest Room". During your stay Language: Dutch is our native language, in addition we speak good English, reasonably good German and a little French. Contact: When we are home and we have time, we would like to get to know and tell something about our country, the province, the city and the neighborhood in which we live. And we are interested in the stories that you have to tell us. We may also have some tips for visiting a museum, concert or other activities. Other things to note Tourist tax: The municipality of Almere has sent us a letter that from 1 May 2020 tourist tax will be charged. That means that you have to pay 5% tax per visit on top of your airbnb fee. You can pay the tax in cash, you can do a bank transfer or you can pay the bill with a pin on arrival. We prefer a debit card payment. Our cash machine accepts all debit cards. You can also pay with credit cards from the following organizations: Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay (UnionPay / CUP) American Express (Amex) Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) Discover / Diner’s Club
