The slightly different vacation home Lüttje Butt Greetsiel The space Our slightly different apartment offers you a large living-dining area with sofa bed, wingback chair and large dining table, which invites you not only to eat, but also to chat. The 4K flat smart TV turns rainy evenings into a movie night. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The sitting niche by the kitchen window invites you to linger with a hot drink (milk frother available). The bedroom has a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed with TV. Balcony, bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, stereo and a secretary are also available. Lüttje Butt is centrally located, but still quietly in a small side street with very little traffic. 200 m to the nearest supermarket (EDEKA), 250 m to the large adventure playground and 500 m to the Greetsieler harbor with many cafes, restaurants, shops and the best ice cream in the area. Guest access You will stay in your own apartment with approx. 60 square meters of living space. Accessible via a short staircase to the upper floor. Free car parking space at the front door. Private shed (No. 2) for storing bicycles / bicycle trailers / handcarts. Other things to note In the holiday home with 3 other apartments, the roommates look forward to a friendly and respectful coexistence. The apartment is rented without bed linen, towels, dish towels and hygiene items. However, a laundry package can be booked for a fee through our apartment management. Just let us know when booking. Oh ......and now very important: No smoking inside the apartment!!!! The washing machine in the bathroom is for private use only and is therefore not available to tenants. The guest fee is a municipal, guest-related tax and therefore not included in the rental amount.
