There is 1 queen size bed with new 4 inch gel memory foam mattress topper as of 1.13.2020. 1 bunk bed with 2 camper size twin beds. Plus an added bonus of a 4 person seating dinette area that is multipurpose and transforms into a double size bed suited for 1 or 2 guests. There is air conditioning and heat.
