Professionally managed by Canbnb. Relax in this inviting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Belconnen. You can access all the apartment's amenities throughout your stay. To get the keys, you can drive 4 minutes from the apartment, approximately 800m away, or take a leisurely 4-minute walk, covering a distance of 250m if you don't plan on bringing a car. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The space This apartment is located on the 17th level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out. BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. Note that the exhaust fan will stay on for extended periods if there is still heat or steam in the bathrooms. It’s on a self-timer and will automatically shut off when deemed necessary. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - to turn on, make sure that the wall switch beside the kitchen sink is turned on - oven - microwave - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. There's also a Chromecast dongle attached to the TV (Choose HDMI3 in Input to use it). It has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There are also options for free and paid street parking. Visitors' car spaces located directly outside the front doors - are very limited. Free parking in the McDonald’s car park adjacent (at own risk). COMMON AREA: You will have the access to the building's pool on the 26th floor throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. WIFI: Due to the increased work-from-home and online classes for the general population, the current internet provision in the property may be intermittently slow. It can continuously accommodate sending/receiving emails and basic web browsing however, streaming is not advisable.
