Large capacity vacation rental for parties

Le Grangé is a beautiful traditional farm from the 17th century, full of charm, in the middle of the fields, 30 min from Toulouse and 20 min from Auch. Ideal for a small private party with friends and family, but also for larger festivities. With us, the party can take place without having to move. Lots of different spaces: covered terraces with outdoor bar, fire area, a large park for games and tents, giant barbecues, children's games, chicken coop, duck parade etc. The space You have half of the farm, 165 m2. On the ground floor, you have: A huge room, with a large table of 14 people, fully equipped kitchen (large and small fridge), living room with piano and fireplace, 2 large sofa beds, toilet and bathroom with 2 showers. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with 1 toilet: One bedroom with 8 single beds, separated by colorful fabrics and one bedroom with 7 beds, with 1 double bed and 5 single beds. Outside: a large covered terrace, with bar (small freezer), 2 large barbecue - barrel, many tables and benches, wooden games, fire area, petanque corner in front of the cottage. If you are more than 15 people, it is possible to pitch tents around the house. Parades of Indian ducks and mother hens with their chicks, which is why our dog friends can't be part of the party... :-) Guest access you have half of the farm (and all the space around it, with large parking and 4 hectares of land. We live in the other part of the farm, but noise is not an issue because we are on the other side and we do not have close neighbors. Other things to note - Only private and non-paid parties are allowed - Only "family" sound equipment is allowed - No pets allowed (even outside). - Selling, whatever it is, is prohibited. - Fireworks and lantern releases are not possible. - the gîte must be left clean (inside and outside). - Garbage cans must be brought back with you (no containers on site). - Wood is not included in the rental. It is possible to bring your own wood for the fireplace or outside, or a financial contribution will be requested. - In case of non-compliance with the rental conditions and respect of the premises, the rental could stop immediately and the payment not returned Registration Details 2013-148-001
