Easy and quick access : direct train for Davos, 5mn by walk to the Madrisa ski-slopes, a bus station is at the foot of the building like the train station (100m) with the little red train which allows you to be directly in few minutes to Klosters Platz to enjoy skiing in the bigger areas of Gotchna from where you can also rich the Davos one. Sport equipment can be rented just next to the house. The apartment is fully equipped and very luminous with an amazing view! The space Splendid 4.5 rooms (140 m²), duplex apartment with a large sunny terrace on the third and last floor with an amazing and panoramic view on the Prättigau valley. Spacious entry with chest of drawers and wardrobe, large living room with a very comfortable corner sofa, fireplace, dining room with an expandable table ( until 10 persons). Fully equiped open kitchen. Internet, cable TV,DVD, phone, Sonos ( wifi music) Upstairs, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom( shower/WC), 1 bedroom with maximum 4 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath tub/shower/WC.
