Pegs' Cozy Beach House

Welcome to our minamalist home by the sea. While it is not beachfront, our home is literally less than 1 min walk to the shore. We have 3 bedrooms with beddings, towels & 3 bathrooms w/hot and cold shower, toilet with bidet. Shampoo, body wash and drinking water provided. There also is a small refreshing dipping pool measuring 14sqm from 3ft to 5.ft deep . Nearby places are Subic (25min), Pawikan Conservatory (10min), Las Casas (30min), Mt Samat (45 min), Anvaya (20min) The space Pegs Beach House is family owned vacation rest house. Fully air conditioned. And can accommodate 15 up to 20 persons maximum. Airbnb rate is up to 15pax. Excess headcount will be charged an extra fee on top of 15. But must not exceed 20pax (adult and kids combined) Kids below 3 years old are free of charge, but they have to share beddings with their parents. There are three (3) bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate five (5) guests in a room. And five (5) guests in the living area that also serves as the common area with three (3) bathrooms with hot and cold shower, toilet and bidet. There's also a lanai where you can sit back, drink, and relax. We have a small/dip pool if you need cooling and relaxing time. Our home is pet friendly. We allow a maximum of two (2) small to medium potty trained pets in our home. Please bring your own pet mat/bed/cage. We will only allow pets outside of the home and in the living area.. As much as we would like to accommodate your pets inside the bedrooms, we are cautious of guests who may be allergic to animal fur / dander. Pets are also prohibited from using the swimming pool. Should you bring your pet with you, we will also expect that you will be responsible for their behavior (e.g. picking up after them, preventing damages, etc.) Guest access We have a kitchen that is equipped with stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle,coffee maker,oven toaster and a microwave. Plates, utensils, tumblers, mugs, and soup bowls are also provided. Serving platters, pots and pans , turner, ladle, knives, chopping board, can opener, peeler, sponge and dish washing soap are available for your use. * CLAYGO (Clean as you go) Though we have a caretaker, we encourage our guests to practice CLAYGO. Our caretaker will continue to clean and maintain common areas of the house  as well as guide you in your stay in Morong. Cooking and dishwashing, however, shall be the responsibility of the guest as well as tidying the kitchen. But if you need assistance in  these areas please feel free to approach and advise our caretakers in advance.  We also provide 1 container of purified water for drinking. You can also use the dirty kitchen outside the house. Barbecue grill is also available. Beddings, linens, and pillows are also provided in the bedrooms. We only prepare exact number of towels and linens for the number of people confirmed in the booking. If you require additional bedding, a small fee will be applied for laundry services. The rates are as follows: - Towel: 70 pesos each - Floor mattress: 200 pesos - Comforter: 250 pesos - Bedsheet: 100 pesos - Pillowcase: 50 pesos per pair - Flatsheet: 100 pesos This will help cover the cost of laundry washing. Thank you for understanding. Bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, liquid bath soap, toilet tissues and towels for your use. There are two televisions with local channels. One in the master's bedroom and the other one in the living area. *Converge Wifi is available. Wifi has 50MBPS capacity. It is more than enough for browsing and checking or sending emails. *Check in is at 3 PM and check out time is 11 AM the next day.  Most of the time we are flexible as long as house is ready and there are no guests before or after you and that pre-arrangements has been communicated to the owner. This is important so our caretaker have enough time to clean, sanitize and prepare our home for the next guests. Other things to note When you get to the beach early morning, most likely you will see vendors selling freshly caught fish, dried fish, souvenirs..Water sports like kayaking, banana boat, jet ski and island hopping are available for a fee. You can directly negotiate with its owner in front of the beach area . Karaoke can be rented too. And if ever you want to bring home some fresh catch from the sea, Rhoda can assist you in dealing with the local fisherman the night before your departure or you may visit our public market for the fresh produce and catch
