Country house 6 minutes from the A6 highway. Two hours from Paris, village house in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, 4 km from the A6 highway, Nitry exit, 17 km from Avallon and 35 km from Auxerre. 25 km from Chablis and medieval cities (Vezelay, Noyers...) About 25 km from climbing sites and other adventure trails, close to walks along rivers (Yonne, Cure, Serein...) 15 km from the caves of Arcy sur Cure. There is a bakery and a grocery store bar/restaurant The space House suitable for families as well as workers and single people. Air conditioning in the common areas (ground floor/living room). Bedrooms to accommodate you, including a double on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a toilet, a double bedroom with an alcove for a baby space with a crib plus an umbrella bed if necessary, and finally a family room for 5 people consisting of a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. The beds are prepared, one bath towel per person. Close to several places of interest to visit.
