An inviting studio-apartment ideal for couples. It has an entrance directly from the street with its own private courtyard. It can be be configured for TOTAL PRIVACY and/or guests can use the shared facilities (Pool & BBQ). All guests are required to be vaccinated against Covid19. We are very experienced travellers who have often stayed in AirBnB accomodation so we really know what is important for guests. 400m from the shops & beach. Close to airport, public transport and supermarkets. The space The apartment is very private and very quiet with its own private entrance. Guest access Guests can share the use of the swimming pool with the owner who lives on site. They may also access the built-in BBQ. Other things to note AirBnB operates on a trust system so guests should introduce themselves adequately via their profile and provide some details of their travel plans and vaccination status. Basic cooking facilities are provided which includes induction plate, pots and pans, electric frypan and toaster. Free on-street (three hour) parking is available outside. Free twenty four hour parking is available on Mary Street. The use of my carport is negotiable with adequate notice.
