Rosa's outdoor house with hot tub and IR sauna

We invite you to our beautiful wooden house. Warm up by the wood-burning stove or splash in the hot tub. You can enjoy the tranquility and space of the Brabant countryside here, a short distance from Den Bosch. The house is behind our own house but gives complete privacy and overlooks the small meadow with chickens. The kitchen is very fully equipped and invites you to make delicious dishes from the country. Welcome! Make yourself comfortable... The space This formerly horse stable has 6 meters of glass door overlooking the meadow and the spacious terrace with long table, seating and a canopy. On the mezzanine, there are two (note:) open bedrooms equipped with a double bed in one room and two box spring beds in the other room (which can be placed next to each other). The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink. The cozy open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle. Gourmet and fondue are not allowed inside. The living room features a lovely corner sofa, and a warm wood-burning stove. The space can also be heated or cooled by an air conditioner. Guest access There is room for two cars. The terrace and everything that can be found there (ring barbecue, fireplace, canopy, long table and various seats) can be used. If there are seasonal vegetables in the vegetable garden, we are happy to pick them for you. Fresh eggs are always available. There is a lawn next to the meadow of 5 x 20 meters for activities such as yoga or games. We have a hot tub and an infrared sauna. Ask about the possibilities and additional costs, usually we can offer these for use and help with heating the hot tub. Other things to note We have a Beagi and a Corgi (two small dogs, mother and daughter) who are vigilant upon arrival but after a few minutes can become your greatest friends, if desired. There is a cat around that usually does not get in the way. Oh yes, the rooster crows in the morning (but cannot go outside before sunrise). That's also the charm of the countryside.
