Studio 5 meters from the beach!

Located just 5 metres from a beach of fine sand and turquoise waters, the studio offers a timeless escape. Air-conditioned and fully independent, it’s a little corner of paradise, authentic and full of charm. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and greet the sunrise with your feet in the water. A perfect cocoon for a couple in search of peace and suspended moments. Cradled by the murmur of the sea, you’ll experience a blue dream to live and relive… Romance guaranteed. The space A charming living space, filled with simplicity and love. Located on the ground floor of the villa but fully independent, the studio opens onto a 4-metre-wide bay window leading to a small veranda with a direct view of the turquoise lagoon. It features a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, perfect for a couple with two children or three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need: stovetop, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, along with a functional bathroom. Both indoors and outdoors, you’ll find a dining area and a cosy lounge corner — ideal for enjoying every moment, whether by the sea or in the soft morning shade. Guest access Beach of almost one km and turquoise lagoon, small garden in front of the villa and the sea. Possibility of snorkelling to the left of the studio - scuba diving 10 minutes away. Possibility of boat trip or traditional fishing. Small nice restaurants 5 minutes by car. Thank you for kindly taking care and ensuring to return them before you leave. Moreover, please make sure you don’t leave them outside during the night to avoid losing them. Environment & Ecology We are counting on your valuable collaboration to manage the use of water during your stay. Please turn off air conditioners and fans when you are not in the room. Security Please close the wooden shutters at night when you go to sleep or when you leave the home. Please also make sure to lock the door when you are on the beach. Don’t leave your valuables (telephone, laptop etc) on the table if you are on the beach - don’t leave your personal belongings outside at night. In addition, a secure safe is available under the bathroom sink. Please, do not welcome the beach sellers in the studio. Alarm: Please put the alarm on if you leave the studio. Groceries You will find small shops in the village. You'll also find merchants of vegetables along the road. If you want to have more choice for your groceries, you'll find WINNERS supermarket in Bel Air (15 minutes drive) and the Super U Hyper at Centre de Flacq (20 minutes drive ). Restaurants Beyond the hotels’ restaurants nearby where you can book for dinner, we recommend the Restaurant CHEZ TINO, a must in the village of Trou d'Eau Douce. Indulge yourself with a seafood platter and book on the deck! Chez Tino: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) If you are looking for a pizza, Pizza au feu de bois also in the village. The GREEN ISLAND restaurant is also recommended. They can even organise the transport sometimes. Green Island: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) And if you like eating fish, go to LAKAZ poisson. A very good choice. Massage There is also a small but very nice spa in the village: Cristelle Spa: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Ile aux cerfs and other islands Trou d' eau Douce is the port of departure for Ile Aux Cerfs and other islands. We recommend the services of Mr KEVIN that will take you directly from the villa. He offers trips to Ile aux Cerfs or even fishing in the lagoon. He organises also trips to Blue Bay. The public beach is called Palmar. You can walk or run for kilometres on trails along the beach. Domaine de l’Etoile Located about 30 minutes from the villa in the direction of Montagne Blanche through Bel Air, you will find the Domaine de l'Etoile which offers: Quad, Horse riding, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Archery, Restaurant ... Website: (URL HIDDEN) Snorkelling The best spot is at the end of the beach on the left, before the peak of black rocks. Scuba diving: Hotel Tropical Attitude Precautions The sun hits hard in Mauritius, even behind the clouds! Protect yourself and watch out for sunburn! Depending on the tide, there may be some urchins in the lagoon. To play it safe, put on beach shoes. Golf If you love golf, the coastline has 3 beautiful golf courses: Ile aux Cerfs, Anahita, The Links @ Belle Mare Parking You have 1 parking space at the rear of the villa. This car park is also used for the villas. How to reach the Studio from the airport? Exit the airport, take the highway to the north. Two roundabouts after, take the exit to the right MAHEBOURG Next roundabout exit left towards Ferney From there, go straight. This is the road to the east coast. You will see that the road becomes narrower and run along the sea, you will pass through many little villages such as Anse Jonchée, Bambous Virieux ... After about 50 minutes from the airport road, after the village Ernest Florent but before the village of Bel Air, turn right in the direction of Trou d’Eau Douce. Walk past the entrance to the Hotel Shangrila leTouessrock that will be on your right You will reach a small square at the entrance of Trou d'Eau Douce with a small round-about. Take on the left. Through the village of Trou d'Eau Douce, you will see small businesses, the sea will be at your right. After the Tropical Hotel and Graveyard, you will see a white/pinkish wall on your right and then a stone wall. There is a first wooden gate of white wood (ITS NOT THERE). Just after, an alley of sand with a wooden gate...(THIS IS THE PLACE). You will see villas on each side of the alley, drive to end, our villa is the one on the beach, on your left.
